All participants are requested to register by filling in and submitting the on-line Registration Form. Please submit correct information for make the bill/invoice for payment: the name of the company/institute, the full address (and EU VAT ID number of your company/institute - for EU member countries only)

Registration fees should be pay  not later than 9 July, 2010 using one of the following methods of payment:

Please make the bank transfer "free of charge to the recipient". Do not forget to indicate "ECLIM2010" and the participant's name on the bank transfer

Please add Euro (€) 20 to the total amount of the bank cheque in order to cover Hungarian bank charges. Personal cheques cannot be accepted.

Passports and visas
To enter Hungary it is nessesary a valid passport or other proof of indentity that is officially recognised as a valid travel document. Although visa requirements may vary from country to country, no visa is needed from almost all European Countries or from the United States, Canada and Japan. Please ask information from the Hungarian Embassy or High Commission in your country. Customs and visa information can be found on our website too.

Invitation letter
The Organizing Committee will be pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to any participant on request. It is understood that such an invitation is intend to help potential participants to raise travel funds or to obtain visa. Such a letter does not commit the Organizers to cover any expenses of the participants.

The Organizing Committee recommends to use the existing bilateral academical and/or cultural agreements among countries to get financial support for scientific exchange visit/participation on the symposium. Please contact responsible authorities in your country.

Insurance
The fees (registration, accommodation, etc.) do not include any kind of insurance. Participants are responsible for their own insurance. The Organizing Committee accepts no liability for injuries/losses of whatever nature incurred by participants and/or accompanying persons. Health, baggage or accident insurance is recommended and must be made in your home country.

Cancellation and refund
Cancellation of participation must be sent in written form to the Organizing Office (Top Congress Ltd. Pálfy utca 14. H-6725 Szeged, Hungary, Fax: +36-62-499-222 e-mail: info@top-congress.hu) before July 15, 2010 for a full refund, except EUR 50 of handling fee. No refunds are available after July 15, 2010.
