The registration fee for participants covers the expenses of the organization, the conference file, the book of abstracts and programme, the welcome reception on August 20, 3 lunches and refreshments during the coffee breaks.

The registration fee for accompanying persons covers the welcome reception on August 20, 3 lunches and a half-day sightseeing tour in Szeged.

The exclusive Hotel Forrás**** is a ten-minute walk away from the city center, located in New Szeged, in a wonderful green garden district on the bank of the Tisza river. Due to the renovation work to be finished in May the hotel will have a totally new external and internal image with 194 four-star rooms and services. Its conference halls make it an ideal setting for conferences. There is a direct access to the neighboring spa which is free for the guests of the hotel. Prices include breakfast, free WIFI internet connection in the rooms and taxes.

Passports and visas 
To enter Hungary it is nessesary a valid passport or other proof of indentity that is officially recognized as a valid travel document. Although visa requirements may vary from country to country, no visa is needed from almost all European Countries or from the United States, Canada and Japan. Please ask information from the Hungarian Embassy or High Commission in your country. Customs and visa information can be found on our website too.

Insurance
The fees (registration, accommodation) do not include any kind of insurance. Participants are responsible for their own insurance. Health, baggage or accident insurance is recommended and must be taken out in your own country.

Cancellation and refund
Cancellation of participation and accommodation must be sent in writing to the Organizing Office (Fax: +36-62-499-222  e-mail: info@top-congress.hu) before July 1, 2010 for a full refund less bank charges EUR 50. No refunds are available after July 1, 2010.
